How are we going to escape our relationship problems, our money problems, or our health problems?

There are of course many ways to do that, even using the principles around the law of attraction philosophy.

However, in this blog post I am going to talk about the importance of time, and about the general idea of recovery. But first, let’s talk about positive attitude.

Positive Attitude

Let’s say that we are experiencing a problem. This may be a relationship problem, or a money problem, etc. But here I will, for the sake of this blog post, just talk about a health problem, for those are mostly thought of as more serious than the others.

So if we are experiencing such a problem, we must do something about it. And by “doing something about it” I do not, in the first instance, think about running to the health food store to get some new miracle medicine. Rather I’m referring to the art of increasing our positive attitude.

For according to the law of attraction, all problems are solvable. And they are solvable by a deliberate focusing of our emotional energy. If we can achieve a positive emotional state of being, regularly and often, we can act as “magnets”, letting good solutions come our way.

This means that, in practical terms, all bodily problems are “fixable”, at least as long as all our limbs and organs are intact. Whatever “condition” we experience, it’s possible to reverse it. Our trillions of cells are constantly regenerating, and our emotional state is influencing how the cells are operating.

The Importance of “Recovery”

One important point here is that whenever we are experiencing some sort of problem (relationship, money, health, etc.), it is good to think in terms of “recovery”. There is always a way.

The important thing to accept is that recovery is possible. For if it is possible, then one may have hope. If it’s not possible, then there will be hopelessness or despair, or other negative feelings. So it is extremely important to accept the idea that recovery is possible.

And it becomes even more important if we are attached to what so-called “experts” think about our current situations. For “experts”, whether they are relationship councelors, or financial consultants, or physicians or psychologists, they may think that our situation is hopeless.

In other words, we have to be mentally “strong” and disregard their assessment, so that we can enable the possibilities.

It is also important for us to keep this to ourselves. This is because most people do not really believe in the law of attraction.

So the usual reaction from friends and family will be that they think we are crazy, when we do not accept the so-called “expert advice” offered by the professionals.

Thus, it’s generally is a good idea to keep our problems to ourselves, and avoid making the whole situation more difficult than it already is. It will be easier to handle it if we make it an “internal” affair, rather than discussing it with others.

Introducing “Temporary”

As I said above, the word “recovery” is a very important one. It signals a bouncing back, a return to a previous healthy state. And that’s exactly what we want.

Another good word to introduce in our self-talk is the word “temporary”. This goes hand in hand with “recovery”. For if our situation is not temporary, how could we recover?

What I am saying here is that by having these words, these concepts, “ready to go” as soon as we experience a new situation, we can quickly “hypnotize” ourselves with these words, so that we “softly” can escape the whole thing, in a nice, controlled fashion.

By having already the mindset of “recovery”, we are presuming that it is temporary. But even so, when we are doing our self-talk we can separately also point out that it is a matter of time.

However, it is probably not a good idea to start affirming that it is going to be extremely quick, or anything like that. We must be very careful in not overdoing it in terms of statements.

So a better approach is simply to explicitly allow time. We do not want to have any “shortage consciousness” in any sphere our lives, and certainly not in terms of our recovery.

It is well and good that our recovery is already on the way, and it is good to think that it can take all time it needs. For if we do not allow it to take all the time it needs, there may not be a recovery at all.

So it is important not to be in such a hurry as to block the whole recovery from happening. In other words, we must not have a shortage of time at our disposal, but rather an abundance of time. That will work much better.

Conclusion

The words “temporary” and “recovery” are very important when we are facing difficulties in life. Using such words in our self-talk can be very beneficial, especially if we are doing it almost immediately, so that we quickly can start to soothe our troublesome situation.

For only if we can soothe ourselves properly can we mobilize enough positive emotional energy to be able to “shift” our situation into something that is better.

So a good mental attitude to foster is to say things like “I’m good at recovery”, “I’m becoming better at recovering”, “I am always recovering”, “I recovered last time, didn’t I?”, “And it’s just temporary, after all”, etc.
